Returns Policy

Time conditions for return:
To make a return, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the item (s), in writing via email. After 3 days, we no longer take items back. Please note that only goods their original label in the original packaging, unworn and in good condition, will be accepted for return. If you wish to return any or all items in your order, please contact us to obtain our return form. The return Form needs to be filled, sent by email and joined in the package with the dress when you send it back.

Reasons for Returns:

1. Falsely delivered goods: Once we confirm that we have delivered the wrong goods (the products do not match the items you ordered), we assume the responsibility for the exchange of goods. You can return the product (s) to us. After reception of the goods, we will refund the full purchase price or exchange it.
2. Goods in the wrong color: If the goods were not produced and delivered in the ordered color, you have the right to return the product and will receive from us a full refund.
3.The size does not fit: If we sent the wrong size: You can return the product (s) to us, it will be re-measured (in our factory) in order to confirm if the size is wrong or not. Once we confirm that we have delivered the wrong size (e.g: you have size 32 ordered but you got a size 36 get according to our Size Chart), we assume the responsibility for the exchange or the reimbursement of the goods. After reception of the goods, we will exchange or refund the full purchase price of the dress.

If we produced the ordered size, but the dress does not fit, we do not accept any returns, because that means that the measurements given to us were wrong or that the wrong size has been ordered.

When you order a standard size, you need to measure yourself and compare the measurements with our size Chart before you order the dress. To guarantee a perfect fit, it is better to choose the customized measurement option and give your own measurements.

Before the items you ordered will be sent to you, the clothes have to be made individually. The products developed are subject to strict quality controls and are then carefully packed. Please note that the total delivery time is not the same as the tailoring time. Total delivery time (total time) = Tailoring time + Shipping time (3-7 Working days) The tailoring time is written on every product page. You can check them upon ordering. Do not forget to add the shipping time to get your estimated delivery time. Tailoring times vary depending on the season. The valid tailoring time is always the one written on the website at the date you order. Delivery times may change depending on the seasons.
